Vilma Di Bello

Vilma Di Bello Sierra, serving as the Vice Consul of Panama in New York, boasts an impressive educational background with studies at Colegio Rodolfo Chiari High School in Panama and Westchester Community College in New York. She is currently pursuing a Law Degree at Isthmus University of Panama. Her dedication to social causes is evident from her time with the Valorate Foundation in Panama, where she focused on aiding socially at-risk children.

Her professional journey includes pioneering a statewide Salesforce program at a Telecommunications Company, a role that highlighted her leadership and led to her participation in the 2019 Women of Wireless event in Chicago. Appointed Vice Consul General of Panama in New York in 2019, she has efficiently handled logistics for high-level diplomatic visits and played a key role in Panama’s Candidature to the United Nations Security Council. Her responsibilities extend to overseeing public diplomacy meetings, managing social media and press for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and advising the Consul General of Panama in New York.
