Elias M. Levy C., born on November 11, 1968, in Panama, is a distinguished lawyer and diplomat. He graduated in Law from the Universidad de Belgrano in Argentina, and subsequently had his degree recognized in Panama. He holds a Master’s degree in International Legal Studies from the Washington College of Law at American University.

His career includes key roles such as Legal Advisor in the Ministry of Housing in Panama and participation in international programs. Since October 2019, Levy has been serving as the Consul General of Panama in New York, overseeing several U.S. states. Prior to this, he was a partner at Levy & Levy law firm, and has held leadership positions in nonprofit organizations and the National Bar Association of Panama.
