He has experience in the area of employment management, inclusion and diversity, gender equality, Human Rights, and labor migration. His experience extends to communications: commercial media, journalism, corporate communication, social responsibility, and image consultancy.
He is a professional in social communication with a specialization in journalism. With more than 15 years of experience in media, corporate, and political communication, his professional career has always focused on the area of information quality, media literacy, education, training, and human development. He graduated from the Universidad del Istmo with a degree in Social Communication and holds a Master’s in Political and Corporate Communication from Master CumLaude, Spain.
Currently, he is a postgraduate student in Labor Conflict Resolution at the University of Panama. He has specialized in areas such as Human Rights, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Employment and Productivity, Labor Migration, and Prevention of Human Trafficking, among others.
As the National Director of Employment at the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development of Panama, he was responsible for the new functional and administrative design of the Public Employment Service of Panama, as well as the development of the country’s employment programs, projects, and labor migration services.
